Infants and Children
From our “littles” in the Nursery (infant-age 3) through Grade 5, Free Grace children’s ministry strives to encourage children to develop a relationship with both God and each other while learning biblical principles.
Sunday AM Sunday School (from age 2) and Children’s Church (from age 4), Wednesday evening “Kids for Christ” (KFC)*, and other seasonal fun activities, are planned to help the children grow relationally and spiritually.
* KFC runs from 6:30pm-8:00pm during the school year for ages 4 through grade 5. It is designed to foster love for Jesus, family and friends. The children enjoy songs, Bible stories, practical application, crafts, and other activities.
A meal is served in the Fellowship Hall from 6:00-6:30pm for all Wednesday evening attendees.
Youth
Students (grades 6-12) engage in activities that are designed to build safe and healthy relationships with each other, and experience Jesus in life-changing ways! We learn God’s truth, apply God’s Word in practical ways to everyday life, grow in our faith, and have fun!
All youth are welcome to experience Sunday School, Wednesday evening group, and other fun activities planned for youth at Free Grace.
- Sunday School – We meet from 9:15am to 10:15am
- 412 Youth! – We meet Wednesday from 6:30pm to 8:00pm at “The Well”
I Timothy 4:12 – “Don’t let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith, and your purity.”
A meal is served in the Fellowship Hall from 6:00-6:30pm for all Wednesday evening attendees.
Family
Families enjoy fun, inter-generational events like game nights, movie nights, special seasonal events, and community service projects. Family and friends from the church and community enjoy serving others and gathering together for good food, uplifting conversation, and lots of laughs.
Women’s & Men’s Groups
Join us for the Men’s and Women’s Saturday morning breakfasts held at various local restaurants or the church, to enjoy good food and build friendships. Check out our “Events” page for any currently scheduled gatherings.
Community Outreach
At Free Grace, we enjoy serving others and hosting church events that are open to the greater community. For example, we have hosted fall festivals, dinners with Christian entertainment, sweetheart banquets, Vacation Bible School (VBS), campfire and hayride events, movie nights (on-site or at the TVP Colonnade Theater), and many more. We also hold or participate in various fundraising events to support community organizations.
We are very committed to world-wide ministry. We actively support several missionaries who are spreading the gospel of Jesus and meeting practical needs in difficult places around the world.
Praying Together
Prayer is an important and integral part of life at Free Grace.
Sunday mornings, 8:30-9:00am, in the Prayer Room: This is a special unified time of prayer where we prepare our hearts to receive God’s truth, and invite Him to impact everything we do and say – in our church, in our homes, and in our communities.
Other Prayer Times: Praying together is also an intentional part of our LifeGroups, Sunday School classes, planning meetings, and specific prayer gatherings.
Prayer Events: We offer periodic teachings and seminars on effective and life-changing prayer.
The Free Grace Prayer Chain: When there are special needs, we have committed Intercessors who unite together as they pray privately in their homes for prayer requests that are submitted to the Prayer Chain Coordinator, and forwarded electronically to our Intercessors as soon as possible.
Requests and/or Praise Updates may be submitted 24/7 via:
- This website (bottom of the Home or the Visit page).
- Email or voicemail to the Coordinator at [email protected], or 717-692-3709, Ext 100.
