“The Perfect Race” this film is a follow up to “Remember The Goal” and focuses on themes of perseverance and faith.

The story begins with the introduction of Courtney, a successful cross-country coach from a high school girls’ team. She takes her coaching wisdom to the track and works with a female athlete at a small Christian college who tries to overcome long odds and win a national title in the 800-meter run. Coach Donnelly’s training methods and teachings about life both line up with the concept that in order to win…you first have to lose.
The movie is based on Jesus’ saying in Luke 9:24, has some practical advice for Christian living, and also has a clear, heartfelt presentation of the gospel.
